Sardine Salad
Ingredients:
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- 2 cans Stari Beograd sardines in vegetable oil
- 2 boiled eggs
- 80 g red onion
- 200 g cherry tomato
- 100 g iceberg lettuce
- 50 g green olives
- 1 can purple beans
- 100 g corn
- 2 carrots
- 1 spoon lemon juice
- 25 ml apple cider vinegar
- 25 ml olive oil
- a couple of peppercorns
- salt

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix onion cut in rings, grated carrots, tomato, lettuce, olives, beans and pre-boiled and cooled corn.
Mix all ingredients, spread drained sardines and cover with a dressing made of lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Mix the salad gently. Arrange boiled eggs on top and add a couple of peppercorns.
