Moussaka with Tuna

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 g Stari Beograd Tuna
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 ml Luglio extra virgin olive oil
  • finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning spice
  • 1 spoon red ground pepper
  • pepper, salt
  • 100 g lean mayonnaise
  • 2 spoons flour

Žutorepa-tuna u maslinovom ulju 160g

Preparation:

Chop the onion and pepper and fry in oil. Remove from the heat and add spices and tuna. Cut the potatoes in rings, add salt and arrange them in a greased dish. Pour prepared tuna filling over it, and then arrange the second layer of potatoes. Pour water to cover potatoes and cover. Bake at a temperature of 230-240 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix mayonnaise, flour and 100 millilitres of water with chopped parsley and garlic.
Pour over baked moussaka and return to the oven until the crust turns light golden brown.
